We have a vacancy and are now looking for a project manager to join our growing team, with responsibility for our contract management of the FDV system. Vigo IKS is an inter-municipal company owned by all the country's county councils and the City of Oslo. The company's main task is to simplify, improve and renew public administration through the development of joint IT solutions. Our main focus is on higher education, transport and technology, but we also contribute in several other areas to digitize public administration in Norway. What our projects have in common is that they are visible, have social value and are based on modern technology.
About the position
As project manager for contract management, you will be responsible for coordinating and finalizing the implementation of the ISY Road ERP system. The system is used by all county councils, except Oslo, for planning maintenance and operation of the road network. In this respect, you will act as an intermediary between supplier and user, where you will work on continuous development of the solution based on the needs of the counties. You will also be an important professional resource in new procurement projects and ongoing deliveries.
Responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Responsibility for contract management of the system, including follow-up on contractual obligations and collaboration with suppliers
- Coordination and collaboration with suppliers, county authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and further development of the solution
- Needs assessment and user support for users in the county authorities, to ensure optimal utilization of ISY Road and ensure benefit realization
- Monitoring and managing any risks or challenges in the project and management phase
- Assist with integration with other software solutions
- Tasks and responsibilities may change according to company needs

We would like you to have technical understanding and ICT skills, as well as the ability to understand complex systems and contracts. Experience in contract management, project management and benefit realization would be an advantage. We would like you to have a relevant education in technical or commercial subjects, but practical experience can compensate for this. Knowledge of the transportation sector is also an advantage. The working language is Norwegian, so good Norwegian language skills are required, both orally and in writing.
