Vaage comes to Vigo IKS with a solid management experience, both from the public and private sector. She has a master's degree from the University of Oslo, and later a master's degree in school management from BI. She has worked as a teacher and head of department in Akershus County Council. For the last 10 years she has worked in IST, after which the last years as CEO. She has recently been employed by Udir as an advisor.
Senior management experience will be important in Vigo IKS

She brings with her solid and relevant senior management experience, which will be important as Vigo IKS continues to develop.
