This page provides an overview of operational errors and planned maintenance in Novari's services.

The technology section has continuous maintenance of FINT's infrastructure services.

Maintenance takes place after working hours every second Tuesday in odd-numbered weeks.

There may be some downtime on our services during the maintenance period, which lasts until midnight.

Planned work on our customer portal

There will be planned upgrade work on our customer portal ( during the working day April 9. During the upgrade, you may experience intermittent unavailability of the service. If you need to log in while the work is in progress, please use instead.

VigoBAS Start-Forgotten portal updated to new version

We have updated our VigoBAS Start-Glemt portal to version 1.8.0, with support for Captcha verification.
We recommend the IT department in each county to implement and use this version.
