Privacy policy for survey in Microsoft Forms

Novari IKS uses Microsoft Forms to collect information from our employees and partners. In this connection, we process your personal data if this is requested in the form.

What data do we collect?

The information we collect is always limited to a minimum of what we need to collect and process the information we request in the form. This will often be a name and email address so that we can respond to the form. Other information will be clearly stated in the published form. In forms with free text fields, each form is reviewed on an ongoing basis to delete forms where personal data is incorrectly entered in free text fields.


What is the legal basis for the processing?

The legal basis for the processing is consent (see GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can quickly and easily withdraw your consent by sending an email to us at 


Where do we store your personal data?

The data is stored in Novari IKS's ordinary tenant in Microsoft Azure, which guarantees storage at data centers in EMEA, Macro Region 1, and within the EU/EEA.


How long do we store your personal data?

The data is automatically deleted after 30 days from Microsoft Azure, and will be manually deleted from other storage areas when the need no longer exists.


How do we protect your personal data?

All data collected via Microsoft Forms is classified by Microsoft as "Temporary Data". This means that regardless of user actions, it is automatically deleted after 30 days.

The data is stored in Novari IKS's ordinary tenant, which guarantees storage at data centers in EMEA, Macro Region 1, and within the EU/EEA.

The use of Microsoft Forms in Azure has been risk-assessed by Novari IKS, but no risks outside the acceptance levels have been identified.
