Demand management process pilot

The needs management process is the framework that the county authorities have developed to agree on which new digitalization needs they will jointly solve. Needs management is a structured process for how a need is identified, assessed and decided before the county authorities send an order to Novari IKS.

Currently, the demand management process is in a pilot phase at Novari IKS.

The aim of the pilot is to test whether the demand management process, as proposed in the pilot project, works as intended. Novari IKS will also gain experience of what it means in terms of resources and expertise to be a receiving system for the needs and possibly take responsibility for the process.

Below the picture you will find a link to our first prototype of a form that is filled in by a county council that has decided to submit a need to Novari, where the need should be solved jointly by the county councils.

The prototype is in test. You are welcome to test it out. We will contact you by email after we have received your request.
