Do you want to apply for an apprenticeship at Novari IKS?
Then you should take a look here.
Novari has good experience of taking on and following up apprentices. We have had several apprentices over the years. We facilitate training in a safe environment with good and experienced developers as your closest mentor.
We see the benefits of having two apprentices in at the same time, a first-year apprentice and a second-year apprentice. This creates a good dynamic for both students, who work together on a daily basis, whether it is in the form of pair programming or other task solving.
We have routines for following up apprentices in preparation for the vocational test and have a good dialog with the training office.
With us, you get:
- Flexibility in line with other employees, including 1.5 hours of training during working hours
- Great freedom to influence your own skills development
- Good and experienced colleagues who want you to succeed
- Participate in our CS league. Good Game Enterprise: Counter-Strike - Spring 2024
- Opportunities for permanent employment after the end of the learning period and passing the professional exam
