Settings in the class scheme for school offers to be included on vilbli.no

• This setting is controlled by checking the box for "CLASS ARRANGEMENT_READY" on the "Parameters" tab in 5S001 in Vigo.
• When this check box is set, the class arrangement and subsequent changes to the class arrangement will be updated on vilbli.no daily.

1. When the class arrangement is copied in Vigo, it is important that you remove the tick (if not, the copy will be published immediately on vilbli.no). But if the class arrangement is copied before 15 October, you must wait to remove the check box until 15 October.
2. When the class arrangement is updated and ready for publication on vilbli.no, tick the box for "KLASSEORDNING_KLAR" on the separate sheet "Parametres" in 5S001 in Vigo.

• This setting is controlled with a tick for vilbli.no on the individual school offer in the class system.
• The tick is on by default, so in practice the tick must be removed for school offers that it is not relevant to display on vilbli.no.
• In some cases, it will be relevant to show a school offer on vilbli.no but not on VigoWeb (e.g. 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of a 4-year offer) and vice versa.

Some counties have wanted an opportunity for vilbli.no to show which schools in other counties offer a program area that the county itself does not offer at its schools (applies to program areas that are not offered as national lines, nationwide offers or through regional cooperation). This applies, for example, to Vg2 laboratory subjects in some counties.

Solution: Create "regional offers"

The counties in question can, on the offers that apply in their own class system in Vigo, set up "regional offers" at schools that have the offer in other counties. Tick the box so that the school offer should only be shown on vilbli.no and not on VigoWeb (if it is not relevant to show it there as well) and enter that there are 0 places on the offer. Then it will be "fictitious, regional offers" that the individual county itself controls to be displayed on vilbli.no.

Within several of the vocational education programmes, variants have been created with 4-year courses with vocational and study competence (these have "P-codes"), and variants with 3-year courses with study competence (these have the code "PBPBY3N—").

Example of a 4-year course with vocational and study competence (TAF) ("P-codes"):

• TPTIP1P— Technology and industrial production, vocational and study skills, 4-year (TAF)
• TPPIN2P— Industrial technology, vocational and study skills, 4-year (TAF)
• TPIME3P— Industrial mechanics subject, vocational and study skills, 4-year (TAF)

Example of a 3-year course with a study qualification ("N-codes"):

• HSHSF1N— Health and child development subjects, study qualification, 3-year
• HSHEA2N— Health worker subject, study qualification, 3-year
• PBPBY3N— Build-up to general study skills, 3 years

Present the entire 4-year/3-year course at vilbli.no

In order to have the entire 4-year (P-codes) or 3-year (N-codes) presented on vilbli.no, all variants must be entered in the class scheme with a cross for vilbli.no. Usually only the 1st year should have a cross for vigo.no (be searchable on vigo.no), but all variants offered at the school should be presented on vilbli.no. As can be seen from the examples above, you enter which schools provide training at both xxxxx1P—, 2P and 3P / 1N, 2N and 3N and tick vilbli.no. For P codes: If it depends on the students and companies exactly which program areas at Vg3 level training is provided in, the most relevant ones are entered as 3P codes.

The examples are from Møre- and Romsdal:

Separate codes have been created for the 3rd and 4th year to register the subjects that provide study competence. These variants are called "Subjects for study competence".

For the P races, these codes apply:

• PBPBY4P1– Subject for study skills, vocational and study skills, 4-year (TAF)
• PBPBY4P2– Subject for study skills, vocational and study skills, 4-year (TAF)

These variants shall not be presented on vilbli.no, and therefore no cross for vilbli.no shall be placed on these in the class scheme.
