This service was developed in connection with the new taxi regulations that came into force on November 1, 2020.
To operate taxi transport, you must have a taxi license. The application for this can be found on Altinn . The taxi license scheme is the same throughout the country.

For anyone applying for a taxi license in one of the following counties:

- Møre and Romsdal
- Oslo
- Rogaland
- Telemark
- Troms
- Trøndelag
- Vestfold
- Westland
- Østfold

A national common service for taxi license applications, which handles the entire process from a driver's application until a license is granted, including case management and public record keeping.
